First, we listen
We want to fully understand your weight loss goals. We start with visiting about this and any orthopedic or medical issues that affect you. Every client at Sensible Fitness has different goals, and different “aches and pains” that may affect them. Your program will be specifically designed for you.
Next, we set you up with a dietitian approved nutrition program, that will get you started on the right track. At Sensible Fitness, we strongly believe in education, so we will be sharing loads of information about healthy eating, recipes, time-saving shortcuts, etc.. We do not recommend a strict regimented diet that labels foods “good and bad” (you will fail with this), but rather learn how wine, pizza, or chocolate can be a part of your healthy lifestyle.
Now that we know your goals and orthopedic issues, your exercise protocol is designed by our owner, a Physical Therapy Professional. This protocol will be followed by your professional personal trainer, who will be with you every step of the way, whether you choose private or semi-private personal training.
