We do not necessarily believe in “healthy recipes”. We believe in healthy lifestyles. Every dish you cook does not have to be deemed healthy, but the “unhealthy” ones should only be enjoyed on occasion. We feel on of the most important things you can do for yourself to promote healthy habits is to cook from scratch. Doing this drastically decreases your intake of salt, sugar, and fat.
Most of the dishes we share are healthy, but not all. With recipes that are not healthy, they should be considered a treat, and only enjoyed on occasion. If you enjoy them regularly, then it is part of your lifestyle….and not a healthy one. Use your head, keep everything in moderation. Enjoy!
