This is especially true for those overweight and obese, who have dealt with the negative implication of judgement on a daily basis.  Deciding to meet with a personal trainer, who “has a great body” can cause a bit of anxiety.  But our facility in Cincinnati is different.

We have over 24 years of helping people reach their weight loss goals.  We do this by having a non-intimidating environment.  There is no judgment here.

Here is how our personal training works

First, sit down with us.  Come in for a free consultation.  You don’t have to do this, as some people have decided they are ready-t0-go, but we certainly will sit down with you and see if we are a good match for you.

After the free consultation, come in for your first personal training visit at half price.  This again, gives you a feel for the environment to see if this is what you are looking for.

At this point, if you want to move forward, you can decide between different types of services.

Private Personal Training

Some people start here until they get a feel for the place, and then switch to semi-private training, while others simply stick with this.

Do It Yourself

This is for those that are motivated and do not need accountability.  We teach you a program to do on your own.

Semi-Private Personal Training

This is our most popular.  The workout is the same as private training but at a savings.  The trainer is watching more than one person.
