Our yoga classes will be Tuesday and Thursday starting at 6pm on 1/12/16.
Students of all levels are invited to join this style of class. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up, and posture flow. Students will develop body awareness, posture alignment, and core strength in basic poses while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. The goal is to move away from the busy, fast pace of our lives into a practice that is a slow paced, mindful and conscious, and receive the abundant benefits of yoga. The focus will be on flexibility and core strength. Everyone works at his or her own ability and comfort level.
