Doug

Doug Gibson is the owner and cornerstone of the Sensible Fitness personal trainer staff. He is the first person you will talk to when you call or come in. He has been in the health and fitness industry since the 80s, and has an incomparable combination of education and experience. He has been featured in numerous media outlets. Morgan

Morgan also works in the operating room at Cincinnati Children’s. She offers motivational personal training through her certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine. Morgan aims to help you reach your goals by creating focused, functional exercise plans according to your needs. She has been in the gym herself for over 6 years with experience in resistance training, and is here to support you in your fitness journey.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, and hanging out with her dog, Billy. 


Jeff is a personal trainer from University of Cincinnati.

Jeff

Jeff Ackerman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Education with a focus in Exercise and Fitness from the University of Cincinnati. Jeff has been an ACE certified personal trainer for 14 years and has had training in such areas as geriatric training, rehabilitation, and nutrition. Outside of the gym he enjoys spending time with his family including his wife Kelly, and two boys Carter and Jordan.

Will is an exceptional fitness trainer.

Will

As a former collegiate soccer player, Will Brown is no stranger to Training and Athletics as both a player and coach. He has a training certificate from The International Sports Sciences Association and has been training others since 2019. He has first-hand experience with weight loss and rehabilitation goals as he personally has lost over 100lbs and recently recovered from knee surgery. He believes nutrition and diet are the starting point for all fitness goals. He also has traveled to many places around the world. Ask him about living and playing soccer in Japan.  

 

Amy Wiggershaus is a long-time resident of Cincinnati. Amy has experience as an athlete on the collegiate level. She also enjoyed several years of coaching and training athletes throughout Greater Cincinnati. Additionally, Amy has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health. She has served both military and civilian populations to address mental wellness. With her extensive athletic history and longtime service in the mental health field, Amy has the right combination of knowledge, skills and motivational techniques to help you achieve your goals.

Brandon

Having been in Health and Fitness since 2011, Brandon brings a broad range of knowledge and experience. He has worked with clients ranging from college and semi-professional athletes to clients with a wide variety of movement challenges. He believes in a practical approach focused on building fundamental movements to help keep you strong and injury free. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or simply be able to keep moving and doing the things you love, he takes great joy in helping you get there. 

Luis

Luis is Sport Trainer Specialist, from Colombia and certified personal trainer by NCSF. He has experience as a gymnastics coach and Chinese Martial Arts coach. He worked as a professor at Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia in the Physical Education Program. He continues to pursue his education and is always eager to learn.
