Before a personal trainer can work with you, we first need a few quick questions answered about your health and fitness. After the form below has been submitted, our owner Doug Gibson will call you in a very timely manner.
Doug will visit with you about your personal fitness goals and any questions you may have. He will also review any orthopedic or medical issues that you may have.
From there, he will get you scheduled for your first personal training session. Often the first workout is at moderate intensity, but this depends on your exercise history. We want to give you a great workout, but in a sensible way, hence the name of our company.
