Your personal trainer will need to know what type of workout you are looking for. Total body? Butt and gut? Something to help your low back pain?
If you will be performing this workout at a fully equipped gym, let us know. Otherwise, we will need a detailed list of the equipment you have access to. Rubber bands, ankle weights, dumbbells, bench, treadmill, etc..

The Do It Yourself Fitness Program will be established by a certified personal trainer using the protocol established by our owner, a Physical Therapy Professional.
This ensures your program is safe and effective. Sensible Fitness has been endorsed by numerous orthopedic surgeons, as well as doctors, dietitians, and physical therapists.
Some people come in to learn a program to do on their own, and then also come to us once a week for the accountability and motivation a trainer can give you with small group personal training or private personal training. The choice is yours with no pressure from us.
