Bring your +1 to personal training with you!

In the month of February, we are inviting all active Sensible Fitness clients to invite their spouse/partner in for a free personal training session with you. After all, why be selfish and hog all the fun for yourself? Chances are, they have heard stories from you and this is a great way for them to get a taste of personal training at Sensible Fitness firsthand.

If your +1 is interested, make a comment below or shoot me an email and I will send details. Also have them register here, just as you did in the beginning.

Once we have this registration, we only need to schedule you both.

We will cater the workout to the fitness level and goals. The workout for them will be moderate/easy and fun! But yours won’t. We think they will enjoy this experience the most if you are suffering. Ha, ha!
